KIN 103V sections 1 and 2 are INTRO to Boxing Conditioning, KIN 103V sections 3,4,5 and KIN 113V sections 1,2,3 are the standard boxing courses and KIN 113W section 1 is the advanced competition section.

GENERAL PUBLIC: Are you simply interested in just experiencing a boxing workout? If so, please consider one of our 8 week long adult beginer classes. We have partnered with the City of Lansing's Park and Rec department to offer affordable classes for anyone interested in experiencing a intro style boxing class. Please visit (website) for more information.

PROFESSIONAL BOXING: If you are a professional boxer looking for sparring or a gym to coordinate sparring, Crown Boxing is available. There are 2 rings and enough equipment to accommodate all participants.

TOURNAMENT PREPERATION: If your gym is looking to be active in sparring and would like to coordinate a sparring session for your boxers, please contact us to arrange a time. With two rings, and over 56 different types of punching bags, there is enough space to accommodate multiple teams at once.
